Material Coordinator 3 (2nd Shift)

Role: Material Coordinator responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics in a GMP-regulated biopharma manufacturing environment. Objectives include transferring finished goods, reconciling inventory variances, and supporting shipping processes. Responsibilities: monitor and segregate inventory, generate reports via ERP (preferably SAP), perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, conduct location audits, and facilitate transfers to offsite storage; support picking, packing, shipping, and operate PIT equipment. Requirements: 2-5 years logistics/materials experience, preferably in life sciences manufacturing with temperature-sensitive products; familiarity with GMP/ISO standards; proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and inventory control; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts with certification. Preferred: experience with SAP, GMP environments, and PIT equipment. Work setup: fully onsite 5 days/week, 2nd shift (1pm-9:30pm).
