Material Change Coordinator (M-F 1st Shift)

Role: Material Change Coordinator managing parts, materials, and change processes for product assembly and manufacturing. Objectives include facilitating change management, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Responsibilities: process material changes via quality system (MWS) and MRP system (GL Prod), review impact analyses, approve design changes, manage ERP tasks such as BOM updates, and handle physical/material movement and inventory reconciliation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or Engineering, or 5+ years of supply chain/manufacturing experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP (Oracle), and production software; strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred: knowledge of PLM tools (MyWorkShop, Windchill), understanding of BOM structures, and experience with documentation control.
