General Summary
- Supports/facilitates the Communications Review Committee (CRC) review and approval, production, and distribution of branded and non-branded communications for assigned disease areas; guides Marketing and other departments through CRC submission, scheduling, and routing of promotional, educational, and training materials.
- Assigns process/workflow tasks during internal review of commercial content; liaison between Marketing/Brand teams, agency partners, and the CRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead assigned CRC team(s).
- Support activity planning (agendas, timelines, project milestones).
- Ensure final documentation and project components are correct and compliant.
- Coordinate with commercial/ad agencies and other vendors.
- Administer VeevaVault PromoMats (Marketing Operations Electronic Review Platform).
- Facilitate/communicate OPDP submission requirements.
- Support/communicate with agency partners and vendors to execute projects.
- Identify and act on process-improvement opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in regulated, cross-functional project environments.
- Detail-oriented; strong follow-through with stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; multi-task and self-prioritize.
- BioPharma industry experience.
- Experience with electronic review systems (VeevaVault PromoMats or equivalent).
Education and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related.
- 2+ years in marketing communications/services, advertising, corporate/medical communications, publishing, or equivalent.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Pay range: $92,000β$138,000; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity; may be eligible for overtime.
