Position Summary
Reporting to the Marketing Director and part of the Commercial team, the Marketing Operations Manager supports the brand team in executing upstream and downstream marketing activities across all brand portfolios. Manages marketing platforms—including Veeva PromoMats, the marketing fulfillment site, and Showpad—and owns the promotional review cycle (PRC) for both Branded and Compounded Product portfolios, ensuring all materials submitted for distribution are accurate, compliant, and filed with the FDA in a timely manner.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate promotional materials through the PRC process in Veeva PromoMats (scheduling, forecasting, prioritization).
- Review and QC FDA-approved promotional materials submitted for PRC; lead weekly promotional review meetings.
- Work with the Promotional Review Committee for regulatory approval and 2253 submission prior to dissemination; coordinate with outside vendors.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation of PRC decisions/approvals; monitor OPDP and PhRMA Code guidance.
- Manage the trademark log for Harrow trademarks.
- Identify and implement process/system efficiencies; manage SOPs for SaaS marketing tools.
- Train new team members and cross-functional stakeholders on PRC and Veeva PromoMats workflow.
- Create/maintain NDCs and labels for ImprimisRx compounded products; submit to required databanks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in marketing to the ophthalmic audience and/or ophthalmic pharmaceuticals (preferred).
- Understanding of the FDA promotional review (PRC) process.
- Cross-functional experience.
- Attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solver.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment and high ethical standards.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong customer and field sales communication.
- Multitasking and priority adjustment.
- MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce, Pardot, Airtable, Tableau (plus).
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) (plus).
