Marketing Operations Manager

Role: Lead and manage the operations of the Communications Review Committee (CRC) team, ensuring efficient review, approval, and distribution of promotional and non-promotional materials within a regulated biopharma environment. Responsibilities include overseeing planning, submission strategies, review workflows, tracking milestones, and continuous process improvement. The role involves stakeholder engagement, performance analysis, and platform expertise, notably Veeva Vault PromoMats, with an emphasis on quality and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years in marketing operations, advertising, or medical communications; experience with regulated content review in pharma/biotech; proficiency in electronic review systems; strong project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills. Preferred: Pharma/biopharma industry experience, familiarity with promotional review processes, and OPDP submission requirements. High-Value: supporting pharmaceutical or biologic products, experience with cross-functional teams, regulated and GxP environments, and process optimization.
