Marketing Manager, PAVBLU

What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in both the strategy and execution of marketing activities for PAVBLU, translating brand strategy into actionable marketing plans and tactics. Supports initiatives across HCP and patient audiences, including promotional materials, digital engagement, and congress execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and execution of brand strategy.
- Lead development and execution of HCP promotional materials and campaigns (email initiatives and digital customer journeys).
- Own development and execution of patient marketing initiatives (brochures, website content, and other patient-facing materials) ensuring clarity, compliance, and brand alignment.
- Oversee planning, logistics, and execution of congresses (budgets, vendor relationships, coordination with organizers).
- Own and manage the sample program (inventory oversight, supply tracking, issue resolution, coordination with sales/operations/forecasting/distribution/fulfillment).
- Manage brand budgets and track spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field, PAR, medical, finance, regulatory, compliance, external vendors).
- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, SciComm, and Medical to manage the MAC process for timely, accurate, compliant materials.
- Travel: 20%.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree, OR
- Master’s in Business/Life Sciences (or related) + 2 years marketing/business/commercial operations experience, OR
- Bachelor’s in Business/Life Sciences (or related) + 4 years experience, OR
- Associate’s degree + 8 years experience, OR
- High school diploma/GED + 10 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience executing HCP and patient marketing initiatives; brand strategy/tactics/messaging optimization.
- Strong project management; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced/ambiguous environments.
- Cross-functional experience (sales, operations, finance, regulatory, legal, vendors); congress execution.
- Familiarity with email marketing/digital engagement tools.
- Budget management; promotional material review systems (e.g., MAC, Veeva PromoMats).
- Analytical/problem-solving skills; excellent written and oral communication; self-starter with attention to detail.
