Lead post-congress evaluation to optimize future engagement and ROI, managing project budgets and timelines with detailed trackers. Foster team collaboration, promote best practices, and create SOPs for congress activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in congress/event planning, preferably in biopharma; certification(s) such as CMP or CEM are advantageous. Strong project and budget management skills, experience with oncology therapeutic areas, and familiarity with regulatory processes (Veeva) are preferred. High-value specifics include oncology therapeutics, congress and sponsorship management, and digital engagement tools. Stakeholders include Oncology Marketing and Sales teams. Work setup involves up to 30% travel, including weekends, with an emphasis on cross-functional leadership and external vendor management.
