Marketing Manager II (MM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tactics aligned to the strategic brand plan (primarily HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotion).
- Support strategy/tactics for ongoing product launch of DECNUPAZ.
- Manage external industry conferences and engage with external customers.
- Track budgets.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate promotional programs to meet product sales objectives.
- Establish/maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (as appropriate).
- Direct marketing to targeted audiences, aligning communications to segment-specific drivers.
- Monitor and analyze company and industry sales/marketing data.
- Support the sales force with product plans and effective selling materials.
- Conduct field travel with the sales force; participate in market research and patient immersions.
- Manage internal/external networks, consultants, and agency partners.
- Evaluate marketing plan effectiveness and recommend strategy/tactic changes.
- Participate on cross-functional teams; communicate effectively up/down/sideways.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical industry marketing experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication; strategic planning marketing knowledge.
- Budget development/management knowledge.
- Collaboration/influencing skills; leadership.
- Strong analytics and business acumen.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies and partners.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred:
- Brand marketing/launch or pharmaceutical marketing/sales experience.
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology.
- Rare disease/oncology/hematology experience.
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Market research understanding.
- MBA or graduate degree.
