The Marketing Manager I/II, Oncology is responsible for designing, supporting the development and implementation of personal promotion HCP marketing plans and programs to accelerate the growth of ELAHERE.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of strategies and tactics to support more patients and position ELAHERE for success
- Build cross-functional relationships with brand marketing, sales, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other marketing teams
- Work with agencies/consultants, key opinion leaders, and co-marketing partners to achieve business goals
- Develop and execute tailored HCP solutions supporting brand strategic priorities
- Execute innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported go-to-market strategies to drive disease-state awareness and brand preference
- Integrate customer feedback and research insights; monitor brand milestones and recommend improvements
- Own end-to-end tactical resource execution with external and internal cross-functional teams (regulatory, compliance, medical, editorial) to ensure promotional material alignment and regulatory compliance
- Manage Tier 1 congress strategy
- Measure campaign effectiveness and develop metrics to ensure ROI and achievement of objectives
- Proactively identify problems and conceptualize creative solutions
- Track and manage marketing budget; manage multiple projects and deliver on time
- Continually evaluate marketing programs and recommend strategy/tactic changes
- Think innovatively about new technologies for marketing in a regulated environment
- Support the sales force with ongoing communications of marketing programs
- Apply marketing concepts to marketing plans/programs (positioning, architecture, SWOT, competitive assessment, market research, objectives/strategies, patient segmentation)
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or Medical/Pharmacology related field
- Excellent oral/written/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with different staff levels and external contacts
- Strong planning/organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
Preferred:
- MBA
- 4+ years of brand marketing/consumer promotion experience or equivalent experience with complex project management in medical/scientific functions
