Summary
- Develop and implement access and reimbursement initiatives and tactics for APS Gastroenterology brands.
- Partner cross-functionally in a matrixed organization to ensure integrated strategy and seamless pull-through.
- Use payer landscape knowledge, buy-and-bill, and specialty pharmacy acquisition models to inform field access support needs.
- Manage internal/external agency partners to execute integrated marketing tactics on time and within budget; ensure high-quality execution and disciplined budget tracking.
- Maintain high compliance and professional standards; operate in a fast-paced environment with patient-centric, measurable outcomes.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop innovative access/reimbursement initiatives and tactics aligned to Patient Services imperatives and APS priorities.
- Lead content creation for HCP and office staff facing access/reimbursement challenges; support digital channel development/maintenance for HCP customers.
- Support PSP brand positioning for new/enhanced patient services support care models, identifying barriers to patient access and developing solutions.
- Support the AD with marketing budget management, efficiencies, and resource maximization.
- Create marketing briefs and timelines; anticipate project timeline impediments.
- Partner with insights/analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Track and manage segment budgets for access/reimbursement marketing programs.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/diagnostics marketing (ideal: pharma HCP marketing experience).
- Functional expertise in field access and reimbursement team operations.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across stakeholders.
- Strong project management/planning skills and attention to detail.
- Experience taking materials through an MRL/review process.
- Demonstrated ability to develop/support marketing plans and program pull-through.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies.
- Working knowledge of: buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy acquisition; benefit verification/prior authorization; claim submission and denial management.
Preferred
- Launch experience.
- Strong storytelling; excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; balance of analytical thinking and creative vision.
