Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead development, optimization, and lifecycle management of core HCP promotional assets (including ISAs, print materials, iRep emails).
- Ensure seamless execution and pull-through of HCP brand strategy across promotional touchpoints, adhering to compliance/regulatory standards (including CFL process).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate brand messaging and optimize promotional claims aligned to approved labeling.
- Partner with training teams to integrate HCP promotional tools into training programs and drive field pull-through/adoption.
- Collaborate with Digital Labs to improve rep-facing materials and identify/implement digital approaches for enhanced field effectiveness.
- Generate and analyze HCP data/insights to evolve/improve HCP segmentation and tactical execution.
- Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects within time/budget; measure and optimize promotional materials.
- Collaborate with C-Force sales leadership to incorporate field insights into marketing tactics aligned to consumer strategies.
- Communicate brand vision, strategy, and objectives to internal partners and sales leadership to drive brand business objectives.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Marketing experience, specifically in strategy
- Ability to translate insights into messages; creative development and optimization across the marketing mix
- Proven ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams; timeline and budget management
- Understanding of medical/clinical aspects of pharmaceutical products and application to marketing
- Success in a matrixed organization driving alignment to brand objectives
- Experience leading/supporting strategic and tactical planning
- Strong written and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple external agencies (advertising, digital) and internal cross-functional partners
- Campaign experience (e.g., core message development or brand story work)
- Proven connectivity to field sales force; alignment to communications
- Ability to influence senior management
