Marketing Manager I/II, Consumer Marketing

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans aligned to brand objectives.
- Lead creative development and deployment of insight-driven, channel-specific, personalized content.
- Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time, on budget, and aligned to strategic goals.
- Develop and execute media investment plans with marketing/media teams and external media agencies.
- Generate and analyze consumer data/insights to improve audience focus, tactical execution, and ROI.
- Enhance brand messaging and strengthen promotional claims within the label.
- Partner with Public Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Project Management to ensure compliance and consistent messaging.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Consumer marketing or relevant marketing experience.
- Competency in creative development, translating analysis to insights, and optimization across the marketing mix.
- Experience developing/executing assets across TV, Digital, Social, Website, and CRM.
- Experience identifying campaign metrics (KPIs) for continuous enhancements and future innovation.
