Marketing Manager, Global Strategic Marketing, Robotics (Cincinnati, OH)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the Healthcare Provider (HCP) Engagement strategy.
- Lead daily HCP engagement activities, including organizing onsite visits and labs (scheduling, logistics, contracting, follow-ups).
- Maintain tracking systems and dashboards for HCP engagements.
- Recruit, retain, and cultivate long-term relationships with key HCPs.
- Provide Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to inform go-to-market strategies and support platforms/products/procedures.
- Deliver platform reviews to onboard strategic HCPs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to enhance HCP engagement strategies and experiences.
- Develop and implement training materials for internal teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Participate in industry conferences and events.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, or related fields.
- Preferred: upstream/downstream marketing, brand marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Preferred: experience leading product/solution launches.
- Required: proven ability to initiate, build, and maintain internal/external relationships.
- Excellent communication and decision-making.
- Flexibility for unpredictable hours (evenings/weekends).
- Preferred: medical device industry knowledge; familiarity with surgical procedures.
- Ability to collaborate/lead across functions; manage budgets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills; sound judgment and risk-taking.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
