Responsibilities
- Serve as Business Product Owner for the DPS peer-to-peer surgeon community platform; own day-to-day operations, platform requirements, and member experience.
- Execute community initiatives (global webinars, in-person engagements, content programming).
- Support cross-platform and cross-market expansion while maintaining consistent execution/quality.
- Manage relationships with credentialed Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with clinical teams.
- Partner on platform enhancements, new features, and workflow improvements.
- Own community data integrity and manage performance metrics/dashboards; analyze trends to inform recommendations.
- Lead development/distribution of community communications (newsletters, member updates, engagement campaigns) and coordinate internal field communications.
- Collaborate to develop clinical content (materials, case studies, testimonials) and ensure standardized digital workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (marketing, clinical content/education, medical affairs, corporate comms, field sales, regional/OUS marketing) and support governance.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5โ8+ years in marketing, community management, or digital engagement (incl. partnering with professional education and/or clinical sales).
- Experience in MedTech/pharmaceutical/healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Experience translating clinical content into marketing/community programming; managing digital platforms and data workflows with strong data integrity.
- Strong project management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort in ambiguity.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Masterโs degree; peer-to-peer community platform experience; marketing automation/CRM tools; global/multi-market localization experience.
- Orthopedics/surgical technology/medical devices background; webinar/virtual event experience; demonstrated scaling across business units/geographies.
