The Microbiology Marketing Manager role is a downstream marketing function that generates awareness, creates demand, and drives sales across our government and distribution segments. The Marketing Manager will ensure competitive differentiation by demonstrating the value of the franchise solutions to all customer key stakeholders and decision makers. This Marketing Manager will partner with Global and North America Marketing, Sales, Scientific & Clinical affairs and other cross-functional leads to ensure our solutions demonstrate impact across the clinical, operational and economic needs of each target audience. This role requires deep expertise in market and customer segmentation, value-based solutions creation and commercial execution expertise in the franchise.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of relevant multifunctional commercial experience product management/marketing/sales or clinical/life science experience. Experience in the diagnostics IVD industry preferred.
