Role Summary
Marketing Insights Manager at OraPharma. Responsible for maximizing financial and strategic impact of the Arestin Elite program, geo-expansion projects, and marketing tactics supporting brand promotion. Reports to the Director of Marketing with dotted line to the VP/GM.
Responsibilities
- Assess new markets, customer segments, and business models to identify and size high-potential opportunities that drive profitability
- Partner with leadership on the launch of new brand initiatives, business models, and commercial experiments from idea to execution
- Build structured frameworks and strategic/financial business cases to evaluate new revenue channels
- Prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and financial impact
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Collect analytics and insights on channel effectiveness and other key metrics, translating data into marketplace trends and recommending strategies/tactics
- Bring innovation to marketing plans and generate fact-based business cases to support new ideas
- Elevate strategic and analytical capabilities across topics such as pricing, loyalty programs, go-to-market, and channel strategy
- Introduce scalable frameworks, tools, and decision-making processes across the business
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed strategy and insights into daily operations
- Develop and manage dashboards for real-time visibility into commercial performance
- Maintain consistency and integrity across core commercial metrics
- Translate data and trends into actionable recommendations that shape company priorities
- Domestic travel: 10-20%
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree required; Marketing or Finance discipline preferred
- 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare with focus in finance, marketing, sales strategy, or business operations
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with financial modeling and business case development
- Proficient in advanced data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience working cross-functionally and with executive stakeholders
- Strategic generalist capable of leading multiple diverse projects
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills; able to move from data to insight to recommendation
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Independent, with urgency and attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Education
- Bachelorโs Degree (Marketing or Finance preferred)
