What You’ll Do (Director of Marketing Programs & Operations)
- Own the end-to-end marketing program lifecycle for multiple disease areas and product lines.
- Define strategy, optimize processes, and lead execution of campaigns, analytics, vendor partnerships, and program operations.
- Set the vision/roadmap; align marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and commercial launch readiness.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team (program managers, analysts, operations specialists).
- Design scalable processes, governance (e.g., promotional review committee), vendor contracting, and budget tracking; implement tools (promo systems, analytics dashboards).
- Partner with Brand, Commercial, Medical, Legal/Compliance, Field Sales, and external agencies/vendors to ensure launch and campaign execution.
- Own performance metrics (program ROI, adoption, field engagement) and drive optimization.
- Manage vendor ecosystem; negotiate contracts; optimize spend with fiscal discipline.
- Step in hands-on when needed (copy review, materials coordination, triaging field requests, vendor management).

Where You’ll Work
- Hybrid; in-office collaboration 2–3x/week in San Francisco and Palo Alto.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years marketing operations or program management in pharma/biotech or high-complexity commercial environment; 5+ years leadership.
- Track record building/scaling teams delivering high-impact marketing programs, campaigns, and launches.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and operational mindset.
- Excellent communication; influence executive-level partners.
- Analytical with demonstrated experience tracking performance and applying insights.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to support execution as needed.
