Role Summary
Marketing Coordinator (Aesthetics Med Device) responsible for driving the execution and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns to build brand equity, generate qualified leads, and accelerate provider and patient engagement for Solta’s aesthetic portfolio. Manages paid media, CRM, social, and web activation programs to ensure alignment, flawless execution, and measurable impact on brand and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and rollout of integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, influencers, and CRM).
- Translate brand strategy into tactical media plans, campaign briefs, and content calendars.
- Partner with agencies to oversee creative production, trafficking, and performance tracking.
- Ensure all campaigns align with Solta's brand standards, messaging frameworks, and PRC requirements.
- Manage digital brand activations across product launches, seasonal promotions, and events.
- Partner with brand leads to create cohesive digital storytelling and drive conversion through eCRM, landing pages, and paid media.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and KOL partnerships with PR and brand teams.
- Support in-market campaigns with localized content and clinic partnerships.
- Manage email and CRM campaigns that nurture high-intent leads and increase conversion through automation and segmentation.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure lead flows, tagging, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
- Partner with the web team to optimize campaign landing pages for SEO, UX, and conversion.
- Track KPIs across campaigns (CTR, CPC, CPL, CVR, and ROI) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop monthly and quarterly performance reports to inform strategy and leadership updates.
- Partner with finance and media agencies on budget pacing and forecasting.
- Act as daily contact for digital agencies, creative vendors, and platform partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, PRC, Legal, and Sales to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Support digital readiness for events, product launches, and educational campaigns.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Required: 2+ years of experience in coordination/support role, preferably in digital marketing, media management, or brand activation (healthcare, medical aesthetics, regulated industries, or premium consumer brands preferred).
- Preferred: Experience managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of CRM, lead generation, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Required: Demonstrated ability to manage agencies, timelines, and budgets with precision.
- Required: Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Preferred: Knowledge of PRC/med-legal review processes and regulated content management.
- Preferred: Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
