Market Head, Southwest

Role: Southwest Market Head responsible for strategic leadership and enterprise alignment across AZ, CA, NV, and NM to maximize revenue and patient impact for argenx's immunology portfolio, including VYVGART. Responsibilities: lead local market planning, set KPIs, integrate multi-therapeutic areas (neuro, rheumatology), identify growth opportunities, and ensure execution of launches. Build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, ensure a high-quality customer experience, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and commercial functions. Analyze market trends, adapt strategies, and champion innovation in a complex, multi-indication environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree or MBA preferred); 15+ years in biopharma or healthcare leadership with a focus on rare diseases, biologics, or autoimmune therapeutics; proven ability to drive growth, lead cross-functional teams, and develop strategic market initiatives. Preferred: experience with disease management, US healthcare landscape, payor dynamics, and managing systematic treatments.
