Market Development Director - Southeast Region

Role: Market Development Director focused on regional strategy and commercial launch readiness for rare and neuromuscular disease therapies, supporting AAV gene therapy products. Responsibilities: develop and execute key account engagement strategies, establish REGENXBIO’s presence in neuromuscular/rare disease communities, lead regional business planning, collaborate cross-functionally on customer insights, address barriers to care, support reimbursement and market access, cultivate strategic partnerships, track KPIs, and serve as primary contact for stakeholders. Requirements: 5+ years in biotech/pharma commercial or market development roles, Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferred), proven experience in rare diseases, especially neuromuscular indications, supporting new product launches.
