What You Will Do
Under the direction of the Chronic Weight Management Global Indication Lead, shape and drive enterprise integrated execution across MariTide lifecycle expansion initiatives including Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Patient Impact Expansion (PIE), and future obesity franchise opportunities. Serve as the integrator across OSA and PIE by enabling cross-functional decision-making, influencing portfolio prioritization, and delivering key milestones to maximize patient and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise portfolio integration and strategic influence across cross-functional execution (development, medical, regulatory, commercial, operations).
- Shape and operationalize the integrated program plan and critical timelines; drive accountability, visibility, and milestone delivery.
- Drive execution excellence across Global Development, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, and Operations; identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans to support launch readiness and lifecycle management.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making as central integrator.
- Own integrated program processes (recommendations, strategic options, decision-enablement materials) for senior leadership.
- Influence prioritization of activities/resources toward highest-value opportunities.
- Embed continuous improvement and cross-program learning.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify/mitigate enterprise risks and operational challenges.
- Lead cross-functional planning linking global strategy and business priorities to execution.
- Anticipate portfolio risks/opportunities and recommend priorities and execution strategies.
- Drive collaboration across functions and geographies.
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 5 years; or Masterโs + 8 years; or Bachelorโs + 10 years in biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience (leading management consulting firm).
- Consulting environment experience solving complex problems (stakeholders, data analysis, strategic recommendations).
- Strong analytical/problem-solving; manage multiple stakeholders; lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Track record leading complex cross-functional programs through development and commercialization milestones.
- Executive presence supporting senior governance/decision forums.
- Ability to influence without authority and align global stakeholders.
