Role Summary

Manufacturing Value Team - DoD Skillbridge role focusing on knowledge management support within IT’s Digital Manufacturing division. The fellowship provides on-the-job training and operational project assignments under direction of an associate director level, with a cross-functional team working to enable manufacturing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist business consulting teams with planning, execution, and close-out of knowledge management deliverables.
• Attend team meetings, participate as an active team member, and complete virtual trainings related to planning and executing high-impact project deliverables.
• Potentially track project timelines and gain proficiency in project management tools.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to support manufacturing objectives.
• Partner with team members to train on systems and tools critical to operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor‚Äôs degree with 1 year of experience or Master‚Äôs degree; STEM degree preferred.
• Required: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Required: Collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
• Required: Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize activities, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience in a results-driven environment and with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
