Manufacturing Training Specialist – Manufacturing Support

Role: Senior Manufacturing Training Specialist supporting Amgen's new advanced drug substance manufacturing plants (ANC-1 and ANC-2), focusing on workforce readiness, training development, and operational support. Responsibilities: develop and execute manufacturing training strategies, oversee qualification planning, manage training metrics and governance, lead training improvement initiatives, and support LMS migration. Maintain strong floor presence to coach and assist manufacturing personnel, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Validation, Supply Chain, and HR to align training and startup milestones, manage risks, and ensure operational readiness. Requirements: Doctorate or Master’s in chemistry, biology, engineering with 3+ years biotech experience, or equivalent education/experience; experience in biotech operations, training facilitation, SOP management, deviation systems, and project management preferred.
