Manufacturing, Training and Compliance Lead

Role: MFG Training and Compliance Lead at EyePoint, focusing on manufacturing training, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for retinal therapies production. Responsibilities: coordinate and deliver technical on-the-job training, manage LMS, ensure qualification and competency, and support inspection readiness; partner with Quality and Operations on deviations and CAPAs. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; minimum 5 years in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/medical devices), with at least 2 years in training/compliance; strong knowledge of cGMP, audit support, and regulatory requirements; excellent communication and organizational skills.
