Manufacturing Technician – Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Role: Manufacturing Technician responsible for operating automated production equipment in a cGMP/ISO-compliant biopharma manufacturing environment. Objectives include ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance during production of biological or diagnostic products. Responsibilities: operate and troubleshoot filling, labeling, and packaging equipment; perform quality inspections; assist with manual pack lines; follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols; support process improvements; and train new staff. Qualifications: high school diploma or associates; Bachelor’s preferred; 0+ years relevant experience; ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a cleanroom setting; experience in cGMP/ISO facilities is advantageous. High-Value: entry-level manufacturing role in biologics or diagnostics production; cGMP/ISO compliance; manual and automated equipment operation; physical capability for cleanroom work; day shift (6 AM–2:30 PM); physical stamina required. Collaboration: work independently with minimal supervision, support team efforts, and follow supervision priorities. Location: on-site with physical requirements for cleanroom and manufacturing areas.
