Manufacturing Technician – Machine Operator (1st Shift)

Role: Manufacturing Technician responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment for biologics or diagnostics products, ensuring cGMP and ISO compliance. Responsibilities: set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment (filling, labeling, packaging); document data accurately; perform quality inspections; support manual pack lines; assist in training team members; and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: high school/associate's degree or Bachelors with 0+ years' relevant experience; strong communication skills; ability to lift 50 lbs; and familiarity with cGMP/ISO standards is a plus. High-Value: work in a cGMP/ISO manufacturing environment within Life Sciences/Diagnostics, supporting biologics or diagnostic tools production; physical ability to perform manual tasks, work in cleanrooms, and handle equipment; and shift hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
