Role: Support product development, manufacturing, and repair operations through material handling, inventory control, and process improvement. Responsibilities: perform physical movement and stocking of materials, receive/issue supplies, conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and assist with final product packaging and processing. Use lean tools to optimize workflows and participate in training and process improvements. Maintain warehouse organization and data entry accuracy. Requirements: Associate's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent, or high school diploma with 1+ year warehouse/inventory experience; proficiency in technical reading, computer systems, and communication skills. Preferred: experience with Microsoft Office, MRP/ERP systems, Oracle, and ISO quality standards.
