      Role Summary
 Manufacturing Technician II at Takeda. Implements all production processes in accordance with cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and applicable regulations. Leads production activities, participates in departmental projects and quality teams, and documents process activities. Reports to the Supervisor, Manufacturing.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Assist with movement of Flexbumin between inspection stages to packaging within the value stream.
 
 - May serve as line lead to ensure the line operates smoothly and meets daily goals.
 
 - Document process activities on routers or in the electronic batch management system (EBM).
 
 - Understand and apply cGMP regulations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
 
 - Maintain a safe and quality working environment; follow safety and quality guidelines.
 
 - Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams and support manufacturing operations.
 
 - Lead Manufacturing Technicians I in daily tasks.
 
 - Operate general production equipment (e.g., Downstream Automated Packaging lines, forklifts, hoists).
 
 - Move pallets between rooms within the value stream; receive and distribute supplies into the production area.
 
 - Communicate and work cross-functionally with other departments; complete paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
 
 - Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain GMP standards.
 
 - Train employees/contractors on procedures; communicate safety, quality, compliance, and equipment issues to the manufacturing lead operator and supervisor.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related experience, or AA or higher with 1+ years of related experience.
 
 - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 
 
 
 Skills
 
 - cGMP knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
 
 - Self-starter with positive attitude and good time management; professional demeanor.
 
 - Ability to meet deadlines and follow safety and quality guidelines.
 
 - Ability to work cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment.
 
 - Experience operating production equipment and handling materials; familiarity with documentation and ERP/EBM systems.
 
 
 
 Education
 
 - Not specified beyond the required diploma/degree in qualifications.
 
 
 
 Additional Requirements
 
 - Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 lbs; stand/walk for long periods; able to work across multiple shifts including weekends; potential exposure to chemicals and loud noises; wear protective PPE in controlled environments; comply with gowning requirements.
 
 - Must be able to work overtime as required and potentially on a 12-hour shift (5:00 pm – 5:30 am) or other off-shift hours.
