Manufacturing Technician - Fill & Finish

Role: Manufacturing Technician supporting GMP-compliant production of biotech products, including filling, kit assembly, and packaging. Responsibilities: execute manufacturing tasks with minimal supervision, verify documentation, participate in new product validations, support continuous improvement, and maintain safety and quality standards. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing preferred; detail-oriented with good communication skills; able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
