Role Summary
Manufacturing Technician in Bio-Techneโs Protein Platform Division, supporting capillary coating and cartridge fabrication in an ISO 13485 environment. You will work with the consumables production team to sustain manufacturing activities in a fast-paced biological research setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate semi-automated custom equipment and software.
- Perform entry-level manufacturing functions.
- Conduct in-process QC inspections and documentation.
- Assist process engineers and multidisciplinary teams in improvements and troubleshooting.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner, responsive to feedback, and clear communicator.
- Ensure continual ISO 13485 quality compliance.
- Read and follow SOPs, WIs, and regulatory documents.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Safety-minded with disciplined workmanship.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic ERP functions.
- Able to learn new skills and concepts as needed.
- Follow supervisor priorities.
- Adapt to daily changes within expected boundaries.
- Complete assigned compliance training.

Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing; medical device manufacturing is a plus.
- Working with a microscope daily and understanding the use of space under a microscope is a plus.
Education
- High School Diploma and 2+ yearsโ experience in a relevant manufacturing environment
