Role: Manufacturing technician supporting capillary coating and cartridge fabrication within an ISO 13485 environment for biopharma diagnostics tools. Responsibilities: operate semi-automated equipment, perform in-process QC, assist process engineers in troubleshooting and process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: High School Diploma plus 2+ years relevant manufacturing experience; familiarity with medical device manufacturing preferred; strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and knowledge of SOPs, quality procedures, and basic measurement tools. HighValue: experience with biopharma manufacturing, ISO 13485 compliance, laboratory and production environment, work with chemicals and reagents, onsite role with standard hours, physical ability to handle materials up to 50 lbs, and work in a regulated environment. WorkSetup: onsite in a laboratory/production setting, with occasional schedule variation. Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and scientists, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in continuous process improvement are integral to the role.
