Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years experience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferably medical devices; proficiency in reading technical schematics, troubleshooting, and operating manufacturing tools; strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Preferred: Associate's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering Technology. High-value specifics: exposure to highly regulated sectors, medical device manufacturing, compliance with ISO and FDA standards, and work on digital imaging hardware. Work setup: first shift (Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM); U.S.-based role with no sponsorship; compensation range $37,840-$56,760, plus benefits and potential performance incentives.
