Manufacturing Tech III

Role: Manufacturing Technician III supporting biopharmaceutical production, primarily in aseptic processing and equipment operation. Responsibilities: execute routine to basic manufacturing activities following SOPs and cGMPs, operate and maintain complex processing equipment (e.g., autoclaves, fill lines, lyophilizers), perform equipment sterilization, cleaning, and troubleshooting; document work accurately in batch records and logs; assist with inventory and compliance activities. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 3+ years relevant experience in a cGMP environment; knowledge of manufacturing methods, aseptic techniques, and process equipment operation; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and train others. Preferred: cross-training in multiple manufacturing processes (e.g., filling, formulation, hydration). High-value: involves biologics manufacturing, aseptic processing, and equipment handling within a cGMP regulated setting. Work setup: on-site in a cleanroom environment; no specific travel indicated.
