We are searching for the best talent for Manufacturing Technician II, in support of the OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform intermediate level electro-mechanical assembly of robotic system modules (joints, control modules, cable harnesses) using engineering documentation and work instructions.
- Meet daily build targets in a structured production environment while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and GDP.
- Interpret and apply assembly procedures to correctly build, verify, and validate mechanical/electromechanical components across multiple product modules.
- Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical tests using calibrated tools, test fixtures, torque equipment, and multimeters.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical/mechanical issues and escalate complex or systemic issues to engineering.
- Maintain compliance with ESD controls, clean manufacturing protocols, and contamination-control standards.
- Document production activities, test outcomes, and inspection data in MES, ERP/SAP, and electronic DHR systems.
- Perform in-process inspections and support quality verifications.
- Support manufacturing engineering on line setup, fixture validation, NPI builds, and continuous improvement; support training for new/entry-level technicians.
- Prepare production lines (line clearance, equipment maintenance/calibration checks, material readiness/transactions, cycle counts) and report shortages/discrepancies.
- Maintain certification and proficiency on at least three designated modules.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma equivalent with 1–2 years’ experience or 3–4 years in regulated manufacturing/assembly (medical devices/electromechanical systems).
- Hands-on GDP experience in regulated environments.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (multimeter, grounding, isolation).
- Proficiency with assembly tools (torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, presses, multimeters, etc.).
- Flexible schedule availability (overtime/weekends).
- Strong written/verbal communication; ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Vocational certificate/technical or associate degree with 2+ years.
- Kanban operations, MES, software-based test procedures.
- Learning Management Systems (ComplianceWire), MES, SAP (or similar).
- Exposure to robotics or surgical device assembly/troubleshooting.

Work Schedule:
- Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (onsite); occasional evenings/weekends; overtime as needed.
