Manufacturing Supervisor II

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor II overseeing aseptic production operations in a regulated biopharma environment, primarily working night shifts (6pm-6:30am). Responsibilities: ensure safety, quality, and compliance; manage team deployment, training, and performance; coordinate daily production schedules; implement process improvements; and ensure regulatory adherence, including cGMP and waste management. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree (preferably in sciences or engineering), at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a regulated pharmaceutical setting, with proficiency in manufacturing systems like SAP and automation. Preferred: experience in aseptic processing, process improvement initiatives, and knowledge of safety and quality systems. High-value: aseptic manufacturing, cGMP compliance, regulated pharmaceutical environment, cross-functional process improvement, night shift operations. Collaboration: direct leadership of manufacturing team with focus on safety, operational efficiency, and compliance. Work setup: night shift (Wednesday-Saturday alternate weeks), with responsibilities to manage operational excellence and foster a culture of high performance.
