A2 Shift 6pm-6:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with all safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
- Assure long-term team effectiveness: high customer service, product/service quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance (including cost reductions), and a high-performance culture.
- Safety: Promote zero-safety-incident culture; conduct safety gembas routinely in compliance with EHS requirements.
- People: Deploy team members daily; delegate tasks to meet production schedules; ensure required training standards; run 1:1s, performance reviews, and survey action plans; ensure time/attendance approval weekly; cascade important information.
- Operational: Assist with weekly goals and production schedules; coordinate shift activities to meet the production schedule; ensure safe shift handover.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory agencies; conduct routine material/line clearance/spot checks; manage shift compliance issues that could impact lot completion.
- Performance: Manage change-over and cycle time; identify improvements and support process improvement projects; manage resources to maximize throughput; accountable for shift training program (where applicable); use metrics to meet targets.
- Development: Maintain growth mindset; ensure employees have development action plans and opportunities.
- Operation Excellence (OpEx): Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Generate/manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste per procedures and local/federal regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; sciences or engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience supervising/leading a functional team; regulated pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP); familiarity with industrial automation (DCS/PLC); cross-functional process improvement experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs required.
- Aseptic production environment experience preferred (if applicable).
