Manufacturing Supervisor II

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor II responsible for leading aseptic or regulated pharmaceutical production shifts, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Objectives include maintaining high safety standards, meeting production schedules, ensuring quality and regulatory adherence, and fostering team development. Responsibilities encompass promoting safety culture, deploying staff effectively, coordinating shift activities, managing compliance issues, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing waste disposal. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (science or engineering preferred), minimum 2 years supervisory experience in regulated pharma settings, with knowledge of cGMP, safety, quality systems, and industrial automation. Experience in aseptic environments and process improvement is highly valued.
