Manufacturing Supervisor II

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor II leading aseptic production shifts in a regulated biopharma environment, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: oversee daily manufacturing activities, enforce safety protocols, manage team deployment and training, coordinate shift operations to meet production schedules, ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, drive process improvements, and manage waste disposal. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (science or engineering preferred), minimum 2 years supervising or leading a team in a regulated pharmaceutical setting, proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP, with knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
