Manufacturing Supervisor I (2nd Shift-2:30pm-11pm)

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor I overseeing aseptic production operations on the 2:30PM-11PM shift, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: promote a safety-first environment, lead team deployment and training, coordinate shift activities to meet production targets, manage compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, optimize cycle times and change-over efficiencies, and develop team members. Also involved in process improvements and waste management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in sciences or engineering; 2+ years manufacturing experience, supervisory experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and familiar with safety, quality systems, and cGMPs; aseptic experience desirable. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing, aseptic processes, cGMP compliance, shift-based leadership, experience in regulated environments.
