Manufacturing Supervisor I (2nd Shift-2:30pm-11pm)

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor I for aseptic pharmaceutical production, overseeing shift operations and ensuring safety, quality, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities: lead safe manufacturing activities, manage team deployment, ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards, facilitate effective shift handovers, drive continuous improvement in cycle and change-over times, and develop team members through training and performance management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sciences or engineering; 2+ years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems like SAP; working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs. WorkSetup: night shift (2:30PM-11PM), Monday-Friday.
