Manufacturing Supervisor I (1st Shift-6:30am-3pm)

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor I overseeing aseptic production operations on the day shift (6:30AM-3PM). Objectives include ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing aligned with cGMP standards. Responsibilities encompass promoting safety culture, managing team deployment and training, coordinating shift activities to meet production schedules, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational performance improvements. The role also involves developing staff, participating in process enhancements, and managing waste operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in sciences or engineering; 2+ years manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and knowledge of safety, quality, and cGMP regulatory requirements. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially aseptic processes, is desirable.
