Manufacturing Supervisor (EG)

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor at Bausch + Lomb, leading daily operations in a sterile eye health manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: oversee production schedules, ensure quality and safety, lead and mentor teams, implement lean methodologies, drive process improvements through data analytics, manage labor/resources, monitor KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and supply chain, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred; proven leadership, lean expertise (e.g., VSM, Kaizen), strong data-driven decision-making skills; experience in leading change initiatives; advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. High-Value: manufacturing of eye health products in a regulated environment, emphasis on lean manufacturing, continuous process improvement, and operational excellence. Location: US - Rochester, NY. Work schedule: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am, 2-2-3 rotation.
