Manufacturing Supervisor

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing production operations, safety, and team management within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities: ensure a safe work environment through modeling safe behaviors, conducting safety audits, and leading safety meetings; supervise production and hourly employees; handle shift administrative tasks like attendance and overtime; evaluate employee performance; drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost; plan daily work schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage production processes; champion lean manufacturing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience (minimum 1 year); ability to work with hazardous materials preferred. Additional qualifications: degree in science or engineering, 3+ years supervisory experience, experience leading cross-functional teams, and self-directedness.
