Manufacturing Supervisor* (7 days on 7 days off Rotating Days/Midnights) - Cottage Grove, MN

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing 3M's Cottage Grove plant operations on 7-day rotating shifts (days/midnights). Objectives: ensure safe, efficient production while developing and leading a team. Responsibilities: promote safety culture, lead incident investigations, coordinate maintenance, monitor production quality and yields, coach employees, manage administrative duties, and support plant initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience or a high school diploma with 4+ years in manufacturing, ideally with supervisory experience. Skills: leadership, safety management, continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma preferred), communication, organization, and teamwork.
