Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor leading night shift manufacturing technicians in support of biopharma production activities. Responsibilities: oversee batch production, monitor and adjust processes, support process development, review batch records, lead deviations and CAPAs, manage equipment upkeep, and supervise direct reports including hiring, training, and performance management. Ensure GMP compliance, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and lead process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ process development or manufacturing experience, or HS diploma with 12+ years’ manufacturing operations. Skills: hands-on equipment operation, troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, leadership, team management, and strong communication. High-Value: biologics or related biopharma manufacturing, GMP environment, batch record review, deviation management, process improvement, night shift work, 12-hour schedule.
