Responsibilities: lead process improvements, develop CNC strategies, design fixturing, analyze process data, ensure quality and manufacturability, and mentor machining staff; collaborate with engineering, quality, and customer teams on product launches and process validation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience; 5-10+ years in precision machining or process engineering; expertise in CNC programming, tooling, fixture design, and Lean manufacturing; experience within regulated quality systems and problem-solving skills. Preferred: machining refractory metals, SPC and validation methods, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, automation, and customer-facing skills. Work setup involves a mix of shop floor, engineering, and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
