Manufacturing Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role: Manufacturing Solution Architect leading design and delivery of manufacturing capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Responsibilities: define end-to-end manufacturing processes (production control, MPS/MRP, shop floor, inventory), develop scalable solutions for multi-site/global operations, support integration with MES systems, standardize processes across acquired entities, guide D365 implementation, and collaborate with operations, supply chain, quality, and IT teams. Requirements: 8+ years in ERP solution architecture or functional leadership, deep expertise in D365 manufacturing modules (Production Control, MRP, Inventory), experience in manufacturing environments (life sciences, regulated industries preferred), supporting or integrating with MES, and knowledge of supply chain and shop floor processes. Preferred: experience in ERP post-acquisition integration, Azure patterns, GxP environments, Power Platform, and Microsoft certifications in D365.
