Manufacturing Senior Associate 12 hour PM shift

Role: Manufacturing Senior Associate overseeing device assembly and packaging lines in a cGMP environment within biotech/pharma manufacturing. Objectives include maintaining compliant production, troubleshooting equipment, supervising technicians, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities encompass equipment setup, operation, fault resolution, safety compliance, training, process documentation, deviation management, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory teams. Qualifications: High school diploma with 4+ years or equivalent experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing, process development, or quality; bachelor’s degree preferred. Skills in equipment operation, GMP compliance, troubleshooting, and process documentation are essential. Preferred: degrees in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or Life Sciences, experience with GMP tech support, process validation, and manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS, SAP). High-value biopharma specifics include working in biologics or biotech manufacturing, supporting process validation, equipment commissioning, and cross-functional team leadership. The role involves process troubleshooting, technical support, and operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
