Manufacturing Senior Associate

What You Will Do
- Lead manufacturing operations on the production floor; support equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain machine uptime; clear faults and stoppages on automated equipment.
- Ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed at all times.
- Escalate concerns when personnel/environmental safety, equipment, product supply, or quality are at risk.
- Train manufacturing staff on process and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to resolve equipment, automation, and process issues.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing Support to resolve manufacturing events.
- Support Deviation Triage and CAPA processes.
- Write, review, and revise controlled documentation (SOPs, manufacturing procedures, forms, technical reports).
- Apply process/scientific/operational/compliance knowledge with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Champion Lean Transformation and OE initiatives; support continuous improvement.
- Participate in design, development, and implementation of manufacturing floor processes.
- Participate in equipment Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing Managers, Plant Engineering, Process Development, Regulatory Compliance).

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- High school/GED + 4 years; OR Associate’s + 2 years; OR Bachelor’s + 6 months; OR Master’s in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, or quality experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Life Sciences.
- Technical understanding of pharma/biotech packaging equipment and processes.
- cGMP experience; flexibility to manage change.
- Cross-functional team experience; manage competing priorities.
- Strong technical interactions with PD and F&E.
- GMP tech support/operations/process development/scheduling experience.
- Commissioning & Qualification, New Product Introduction, Cleaning Validation, Process Performance Qualification.
- Ability to analyze technical data impacting operations.
- Lean/operational excellence background; electronic systems expertise (MES, LIMS, Maximo, CCMS, SAP).
