Manufacturing Scientist / Engineer – Tech Services Manufacturing Sciences (TSMS)

Your Role: Manufacturing Scientist / Engineer – Tech Services Manufacturing Sciences (TSMS)

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, including process troubleshooting, investigations, and deviation support
- Support analytical testing, in-process controls, or final product release activities
- Develop and implement process improvements using data analysis and statistical monitoring
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (reports, change controls, protocols, deviations, and regulatory support materials)
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and development teams to deliver TSMS objectives

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biophysical Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related scientific field
- Required Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or internship experience
- Skills: Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting laboratory testing or manufacturing process operations
- Understanding of GMP or regulated industry requirements
- Strong data analysis and statistical interpretation skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
